Parliament of India invites applications from Indian citizens for the 45 Posts of Stenographer (Engish/ Hindi) and Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) in Lok Sabha Secretariat.
Eligible candidates have to apply in the prescribed format. Candidates desirous of applying for more than one post should submit separate application form for each post.

Mode of Recruitment :
(1) Stenographer (English/Hindi) : Selection process consist of two Phases (i). Preliminary Examination and (ii) Descriptive Type Written Paper and Stenography Test.
(i). Preliminary Examination : The candidates will have to secure the minimum qualifying marks in each component and aggregate in the Preliminary Examination. Only those candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks in the Preliminary Examination will be allowed to appear in the Descriptive Type Written Paper and Stenography Test.
(ii) Descriptive Type Written Paper and Stenography Test : Selection will be made on the basis of the overall performance of the candidates in Papers-I and II, subject to the availability of vacancies
(2) Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) : There will be Written Test and Trade Test.
Only those who secure the minimum qualifying marks in the Written Test will be called for Trade Test. Selection will be made on the basis of the overall performance of candidates in the written and Trade Tests, subject to the availability of vacancies.
Fee Structure :
Application fee is Nil for all candidates.
