TNPSC VAO Admit Card 2014 Hall Ticket tnpscexams.net: TNPSC VAO Exams will be conducted in June. The admit cards for the exam are available on the official website of TNPSC VAO. The Public Service Commission of Tamil Nadu recently issued the notification for the recruitment of various posts. These include posts of VAO officers. There are about 2352 posts available .
The last date for registration for the TNPSC Exam was 15^th of April, 2014. A lot of candidates applied for the test. Now, all the candidates need to download the admit cards for the test. The admit cards will be soon released by TNPSC on its official website.
The exam will be conducted on 14^th of June, 2014. The admit cards are not yet available but they will be available soon since the date of the test is near.
TN Public Service Commission was established in 1923. It was formed to recruit civil servants.

The Village Administrative Officer (VAO) gets a pay of Rs. 5,200-20,200. Other than this, he gets Rs. 2,400. He is also given a lot of benefits.

TNPSC VAO Selection Process: Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission’s (TNPSC) Village Administration Officer (VAO) Selection Procedure details are given below….

Selection Procedure: Village Administrative Officer (VAO) selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the Written Examination and District option exercised by the candidates following rule of reservation of appointments.

Written Examination: Written examination will consists of single paper in two types i.e General Studies (75 items), Basics of Village Administration (25 items), Aptitude & Mental Ability Test (20 items) and General Tamil (80 items). The other will contain questions on General Studies (75 items), Basics of Village Administration (25 items), Aptitude & Mental Ability Test (20 items) and General English (80 items). Candidates are given the option to choose either General Tamil or General English for answering the g the 80 items apart from answering the 120 (75+25+20) items on General Studies, Basics of Village Administration and Aptitude & Mental Ability Test. The 80 questions on General Tamil/ General English will be set in the respective languages and the remaining 120 questions will be set both in English and Tamil. All the questions will be in objective type. Minimum qualifying marks for selection is 90.

Note:
1. The Rule of reservation of appointments applies to the post in District wise.
2. If no qualified and suitable women candidates are available for selection against the vacancies reserved for them, those vacancies will be filled by male candidates belonging to the respective communal categories.
